ABOUT ME
As an artist and a scientist, I am inspired by the idea of using sound art as a medium to translate data. I work to take advantage of the physical, emotional, and energetic effects of sound to bring data sets to life. This creates a multitude of access points from which to develop deeper connections with physical phenomena that surround us everyday. By activating the oldest, most precise sense, hearing, listeners deepen their relationship to data and experience research in new and profound ways.
My work has been showcased internationally at the Diffrazione Mulitmedia Festival in Florence, Italy (Listen to it) (Read about it)
as well as installed at Amherst College
